Air Fryer Dirty Chilli Con Carne Fries

3 Golden Kings potatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp taco seasoning
salt & pepper
3-4 large spoonfuls of leftover chilli con carne
1 handful of grated cheddar cheese
Tex-Mex dip pack – sour cream, salsa, guacamole, nacho chilli cheese


  1. Slice your potatoes into 1cm thick wedges, skin on. Coat the potatoes in a drizzle of sunflower oil, add the taco seasoning and a dash of salt and pepper.
  2. Air fry the potatoes at 190ºC for 30 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes so they cook evenly.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to a dish and line your air fryer with parchment paper or an air fryer liner. Tip the potatoes back into the air fryer and add a few large spoonfuls of left over chilli con carne. Add a handful of grated cheddar and pop back in the air fryer for 5 minutes on 180ºC.
  4. Once cooked, gently pull the liner out of the air fryer onto a serving tray / plate. Scatter with a handful of jalapeños (if you like a bit of a kick!) and spoon on your Tex-Mex sauces, finish with a handful of grated cheese and enjoy!
