Greek Feta & Potato Pie

This a great a great dish served hot or cold! Easy to pack up to take out on a picnic or a perfect main course dish served with a salad

600g Golden King Potatoes
200g Feta cheese
150g of fat free Greek yoghurt
1 egg
1 tsp oregano
pinch ground nutmeg
low calorie oil spray
salt and pepper


  1. Line a 8 inch sandwich tin with greaseproof paper and preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Mix the feta cheese, thoroughly together Greek yoghurt, egg, oregano, nutmeg and salt and pepper
  3. Peel and very thinly slice the potatoes
  4. Spray the bottom of the lined sandwich tin with the low calorie spray and then add a layer of potato slices in a neat even layer.
  5. Spread add a layer of the cheese mixture on top, follow with another layer of potatoes sprayed with low calorie before topping with another layer of the cheese mixture and repeat again. The top layer should be potato and spray with the low calorie spray
  6. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing the foil and continue to bake for a further 20 minutes
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and cutting into portions
