Crispy, tender, and bursting with fragrant rosemary — a delightful twist on classic roast potatoes

4 Golden Kings All Rounder Potatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
salt (to taste)
fresh rosemary, finely chopped
fresh rosemary, whole sprigs (for garnish)


  1. Pre-heat the oven or air fryer to 200°C, wash and dry the potatoes
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice each potato from the top to the bottom, stopping just before reaching the bottom. Pro tip: Place two chopsticks on each side of the potato to prevent slicing all the way through.
  3. The slices can be as thick or as thin as you like
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking tray, drizzling with the melted butter to ensure that they are evenly coated
  5. Sprinkle with salt and the finely chopped rosemary
  6. Cook for around 25-30 minutes in the air fryer (oven 50-60 minutes), until they are golden brown, soft in the middle and crispy on the outside
