Parmesan Potato Spirals

Tightly coiled springs of potato, seasoned to perfection

2 x Golden Kings Potatoes
30g butter (melted)
30g Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt


  1. Cut the ends off your Golden Kings potatoes, then insert a skewer through the centre
  2. Cut into the end of the potato at an angle, until the knife meets the skewer, then turn the potato until you get to the other end. Gently pull apart to reveal the potato spring!
  3. Make the seasoning by mixing all the dry ingredients together
  4. Coat the spirals in melted butter followed by the seasoning
  5. Bake at 200°C until golden and crispy
