INGREDIENTS
1 gammon joint
1 large onion, halved
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 large orange
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp marmalade
4 Golden Kings potatoes
1 soft white bread slice
1 egg (optional)

- Remove the gammon, stud with cloves, and brush with the marmalade glaze. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Wash, peel, and chip the Golden Kings potatoes. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until crispy.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the glazed ham and crispy chips on a slice of soft white bread. Top with a fried egg, if desired.
